Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. After 14 days the return window is closed and we are unable to accept the item back.

No account is needed. Guests and registered customers both start a return the same way — with the order number from the confirmation email and the email address used for the order.

We review each request and email you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please photograph damaged packaging and products as soon as they arrive. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
