Welcome to Viraasa Decor. These terms apply when you browse or shop at viraasadecor.com. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

About us

Viraasa Decor is a small decor business based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We sell handcrafted metal, brass and festive decor pieces, and ship across Canada.

Products and availability

Every piece is handcrafted, so small variations in colour, finish and size are natural and are not defects. We do our best to show products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Items are subject to availability; if something you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). As a small supplier under Canada's GST/HST threshold, we do not charge tax at checkout. Shipping is CAD 14.99, free on orders of CAD 100 or more, and local pickup in Hamilton is free. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues) and will refund any payment made. Please double-check your shipping address — we ship to the address entered at checkout.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within Canada. You will receive email updates when your order is prepared and shipped. If you chose local pickup, we will email you when your order is ready at our Hamilton location — write to us to arrange a pickup time. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be refunded less a restocking fee.

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of the order date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure and for the activity under your account. Accounts created with Google use your basic Google profile (name and email) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Discount codes

Promotional codes such as WELCOME10 are single-use per customer, apply only where stated (e.g. first order only), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it was posted.
